As a Steel Detailer, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed drawings for fabrication and construction, utilizing industry-standard software and adhering to project specifications.

Responsibilities:

- Generate detailed shop drawings, erection plans, and material lists for pre-engineered buildings and mezzanine structures.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure designs meet client requirements and industry standards.

- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to accurately model steel components.

- Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

- Coordinate with fabrication and construction teams to address any design-related issues and provide timely support.

- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices to continuously improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

- 3-5 years of experience in steel detailing, with a focus on pre-engineered buildings and mezzanine structures.

- Proficiency in industry-standard software   AutoCAD and similar detailing software.

- Strong understanding of structural steel design principles and construction methods.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings within tight deadlines.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.

- Experience with project management software and familiarity with building codes and regulations is a plus.

Responsible for - 3D modelling of steel structure in Tekla

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Ensure accurate and timely delivery of CAD drawings according to Company’s or Client’s standards.

·         Performs Modeling and detailing with respect to Structural drawing & Architectural drawings.

·         Prepares the 3D model in Tekla as per IFC drawings and Client’s requirements.

·         Generates the GA drawings, Shop drawings, Erection drawings with related reports.

·         Checks the Input drawings with latest revision before starting the model.

·         Determines the Transportation and Erection issues after completing the model.

·         Prepares Bill of Material, Title block, Template and Reports as per Client’s requirement.

1) Must have good knowledge of Procurement procedures, processing of indents, liasoning with stores in maintaining minimum inventory and avoiding non-moving inventory.

1) Contact local suppliers for various requirements, float enquiries, prepare a comparative statement and seek the approval of PD.
2) Can authorize purchases up to Rs 5000 with the approval of PD.

EXPERIENCE:
BCom/ BSc 2-3yrs exp procurement dept of a large engg industry

JOB PROFILE:
1) Must have knowledge of procurement procedures like generating enquiries, offers, finalizing the order in consultation with the respective user departments.
2) Must have a fair knowledge of sources of raw materials, consumables etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Taking procurement action after probing the market i.e. initiating the enquiries, compiling the statement and discussing with user departments for correctness of technical specifications and forward the final note to PD for approval.
2) Keeping a track on POs released for timely supply of materials required and upraise critical issues to the management.

EXPERIENCE:

Preference will be given to candidates who have good negotiation skills during procurement.

BE Civil, min 5 years exp in a large construction company.

JOB PROFILE:
1) Must have a good knowledge of attending to the breakdowns both mechanical and electrical and implement preventive maintenance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Go around the shops frequently, monitor the performance of each machine, and take immediate corrective action in case of breakdown.
2) Should also coordinate with a safety engineer to avoid any accidents.
3) Must prepare a plan for preventive maintenance and implement the same, strictly.
4) Must also assess spares requirement and plan procuring the same well in advance.

Experience :
ITI with 8 yrs exp./diploma mechanical/electrical experience in maintaining large manufacturing plant.

JOB PROFILE:
1) Must have good experience in managing stores like maintaining the minimum stock level, documents and inventory control.
